ASB Industries utilizes a variety of areas throughout our 9 acre facility focused on flexibility and separate process areas for production flow. This newly freshened spray area allows an upgraded lathe to 60" Diameter cylindrical components to be processed with HVOF, Electric Arc, Rokide and our 2000-2 High Pressure Cold Spray Systems. All utilities are contained in this room with clean air flow and air movement into the dust evacuation room into air filtering. Many projects ASB processes require different coatings applied to the same part. All rooms include overhead cranes and large doors to easily move parts in and out of the rooms. Rooms are sound proofed with overhead bright lights. This cell concept allows our technicians easier set-ups with available tools in each room to help with efficient work processing.
